    Xtreme Dynasty Football
    League Rules and Regualtions

    First and foremost, we need to deliver an amazing simulation football gameplay experience for our owners . We are a EMAIL base league it's your responsibility to check your emails . Were always have been sending out emails since DAY 1!

    New Rule:
    This states if a coach is unresponsive friday and Saturday. They will be placed on auto Sunday morning


    1) We will play on ALL-MADDEN difficulty.

    2) We will have 6 minutes Q's.

    3) Trades are allowed but have to be approved by the Commishs if they are reasonable I will approve

    1.HOME TEAM GETS TO CHOOSE THEIR HOME COLOR JERSEY SO IF HOME TEAM CHOOSES A White / Alternate Light Jersey then the away team must choose a dark Jersey and vice versa.

    2.PASSES TO HBs, TEs and WRs....

    + PASSES TO HBs TO THE FLATS, DRAGS, CURLS OR PRESET ROUTES FROM THE BACKFIELD ARE ALLOWED ONLY ....

    + NO STREAKS OR FADE ROUTES ALLOWED FOR HB OUT THE BACKFIELD.

    +SPECIAL NOTE... HB WHEEL ROUTES ARE ALLOWED, ONLY AUTOMOTION ANIMATION ARE ALLOWED AS OPPOSED TO A HB SHOULD NEVER BE MANUALLY MOTIONED BY THE USER TO ACTUALLY LINE UP ON THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE ....

    + ONLY IN 5WR SETS ARE HBs ALLOWED TO LINE UP AS A WR or ANY PLAY THAT IS PICKED FROM A PLAYBOOK WHERE THERE IS A EMPTY SET , IN OTHER WORDS WHERE ONLY THE QB IS THE ONLY PLAYER IN THE BACKFIELD. THIS IS TRULY THE ONLY EXCEPTION. THIS ALSO MEANS NO CALLING A 4 WR 1HB PLAY AND THEN MOTIONING THE HB TO THE LOS.

    NEW !!!
    + QB Runs are allowed only when the play breaks down. You can not hike the ball and take off or send players on streaks to clear lanes to run the ball. Option plays are allowed but please be moderate with the plays.

    + DO NOT MANUALLY USER BUMP YOUR WR, TE OR HB WHILE IN ROUTE OFF THE CB, LB, SAFETY TO CREATE SPACE TO CATCH THE BALL


    3.CALL A VARIETY OF PLAYS. DON'T CALL THE SAME 5 - 7 PLAYS OR FORMATIONS OVER AND OVER.
    THIS ALSO MEANS YOU CAN NOT BE IN THE SAME PERSONNEL ALL GAME. FOR EXAMPLE, NO 2 WR/2TE/2HB SET THE ENTIRE GAME. MIX IT UP. USING PERSONNEL TO CONFUSE THE OPPONENT IS OK SPARINGLY...BUT NOT FOR THE ENTIRE GAME.

    NEW !!!... HURRY UP OFFENSE CAN BE USED THE MAX OF ONE TIME PER OFFENSIVE SERIES SO BASICALLY ON A BACK TO BACK PLAY ONCE PER POSSESION UNLESS IT IS THE 4th QUARTER AND YOU ARE LOSING THEN YOU ARE FREE TO USE IT AT A UNLIMITED RATE...OR IF IT IS UNDER 2 MINUTES IN THE FIRST HALF IT CAN BE DONE AT A UNLIMITED RATE.

    4.Do not audible from a 3, 4 or 5 WR set in to a 1 or 2 WR set where WRs end up in TE postions or HB positions. The only exception is if it is a RUN PLAY ONLY.

    + You can motion a player for extra blocking behind the O-line BUT that player must be outside the Guard Positon so between the G and T is fine but between the G and C is NOT. Also you can manually motion WRs but must be on a complete stop.


    5.ON OFFENSE DON'T USE MORE THAN ONE MAN MOTION. IN COMIBNATION DON'T FLIP THE PLAY OR AUDIBLE MORE THANONE TIMETO SCOUT OUT OR CONFUSE THE DEFENSE.

    6.NO FAKE PUNTS, FAKE FIELD GOALS, NO SURPRISE ONSIDE KICKS EVER ..... NO SQUIB KICKING UNLESS THERE IS UNDER AONE MINUTE AT THE END OF EACH HALF. ONSIDE KICKS OR TWO POINT CONVERSIONS ARE ALLOWED UNDER CERTAIN SITUATIONS AS DESCRIBED BELOW.


    EXCEPTION:TWO POINT CONVERSIONS ARE
    a. ALLOWED TO CUT THE LEAD TO THREE (DOWN FIVE POINTS)
    b. TIE THE GAME(DOWN 2 POINTS)
    c. GO UP SEVEN(IF AFTER A TD YOU ARE UP OR IF YOU ARE UP ONE POINT AFTER A TD AND WANT TO MAKE IT A THREE POINT LEAD.
    d. YOU CAN USE IT IN THE 4TH QUARTER ONLY IF YOU ARE DOWN MORE ON POINTS . DO NOT USE IT TO TAKE THE LEAD IF YOU ARE DOWN ONE. KICK THE XTRA POINT TO TIE ALWAYS.


    EXCEPTION:ONSIDE KICKS ARE ALLOWED IF YOU ARE DOWN BY 14 OR MORE POINTS IN 4TH QUARTER or NEED TO GET BACK IN THE GAME LATE AND YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS DUE TO LIMITED TIME OR TIMEOUTS.


    + WE ONLY PLAY 6 MINUTE QUARTERS SO WE NEED TO ENSURE THAT EACH TEAM GETS ENOUGH POSSESSIONS. DO NOT KILL THE CLOCK EARLY IN THE GAME. ALWAYS HIKE THE BALL EARLY IN THE GAME ABOVE THE 15 SECOND MARK.



    7.DON'T RUN UP THE SCORE ON AN OPPONENT (HUMAN OR CPU) 55 POINTS OR MORE...(21 pts lead is acceptable)

    + If you are playing the CPU or another Owner and are in control of the game then the max points you can now score is now 50 points. Do not run the score up if you are firmly in control going into the 4th quarter. When I say firmly I am saying more than 14 points. YOU SHOULD NOT BE PASSING THE BALL AT THIS TIME . RUN THE BALL AND KILL THE CLOCK

    ***IF YOU DO NOT ADHERE TO THE RULES ABOVE YOU ARE SUBJECT TO SUSPENSION OR PERMANENT EXPULSION WITHOUT WARNING. WE WILL RENDER DECISIONS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.***


    THESE RULES ARE IN PLACE TO GIVE EVERYONE A FAIR SHOT AND TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF OUR LEAGUE. SHOW GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AT ALL TIMES.



    1.NO GLITCHING OR EXPLOITING THE A.I. .. THERE ARE MANY BUT THESE ARE THE MAIN ONES ...

    + NO PRESSING THE WRs ALL GAME LONG ( USE SPORADICALLY).
    NEW !!!... NO DOUBLE PRESSING THE WRs. ONLY USER PRESSING IS ALLOWED AGAINST THE TIGHT END. IT IS OKAY SINCE THEY GET A FREE RELEASE. UNLESS YOU ARE USERING A CB YOU CAN NOT PRESS THE WR.

    + NO SHAKING THE LB'S LEFT AND RIGHT OVER AND OVER PRESNAP OR CONSTANT MOVEMENT OF THE DEFENSE BY USING AUDIBLES TO EXPLOIT THE OLINE.

    + YOU MUST RUSH AT LEAST 3 PLAYERS ON EVERY DEFENSIVE PLAY. NO ZERO RUSH OR ONE MAN RUSH EVER

    +NEW !!!DO NOT USER BUMP A WR OFF HIS ROUTE TO GET A BETTER INTERCEPTION ANIMATION.

    NEW !!!... DO NOT AUDIBLE CREATING A SITUATION WHERE A PLAYER IS IN A UNNATURAL POSITION.... THERE ARE MANY THAT MAKE THE A.I GLITCHY GIVING THE DEFENSE THE ADVANTAGE. YOU GET THE IDEA... I DON'T HAVE TO LIST EVERY SINGLE ONE. READ RULE #4 BELOW. THE SAME APPLIES TO AUDIBLES

    + NO ABUSING PRESET ANIMATIONS, WATCH THE USER PLAY !! (THERE ARE TOO MANY THINGS TO LIST BUT YOU GET THE IDEA, USE YOUR BETTER JUDGEMENT , DON'T ABUSE) .


    2.NO NANO BLITZING OR MANUAL BLITZING THROUGH THE "A" GAPS ON THE DLINE.

    +THIS INCLUDES NO LINING UP PLAYERS AND REBLITZING THEM "RIGHT BEHIND" DLINE PLAYERS ESPECIALLY DTs and DOING A AUDIBLE AS THE BALL SNAPS. THIS CONFUSES OLINE PLAYERS AND CREATES A INDIRECT NANO.


    3.ON DEFENSE DO NOT MANUALLY MOVE MULTIPLE PLAYERS BEFORE THE OFFENSE SNAPS THE BALL. USING THE UNIVERSAL PAD IS OKAY TO ADJUST BUT MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT ASAP BEFORE THE SNAP. MAKE YOUR ADJUSTMENT AND BE STILL AS THE BALL SNAPS.

    + ON DEFENSE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CONTROL "ONE" PLAYER ONLY. ONCE YOU MOVE ONE PLAYER MANUALLY, THAT IS THE PLAYER YOU ARE COMMITTED TO CONTROLLING AND ONLY THATONE PLAYER ONLYPRESNAP. ALSO ..YOU CAN NOT MOVE PLAYERS OFF THE DLINE PRESNAP.


    4.PLAYERS SHOULD NOT BE PLAYING OUT OF POSITION OR AN UNNATURAL POSITION. ONLY THESE SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ALLOWED ...

    TE: TE, FB, or T (WR SHOULD NEVER BE IN A TE POSITION FROM A AUDIBLE FOR EXAMPLE)

    DL: DT, DE/OLB
    LB: LB/DE
    DB: DB
    K/P: K, P

    Not allowed: CB at WR,WR's at TE, HB at WR CB at FS/SS, WR at CB and FS/SS at OLB

    Allowed: OLB"s at DE, and any package formation

    5....NEW !!!.... ONE PAUSE PER HALF (30 SECONDS)... ONE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME AND ONE AT THE HALF ... IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS OR DEPTH CHART CHANGES YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO BUT MAKE IT FAST !! I SUGGEST TO DO THAT PREGAME AND NOT TO DO IT AT ALL BUT IF YOU HAVE TO THEN THIS IS THE ONLY TIME.


    4TH DOWN RULES
    - 4th down rule to...being down by 3 scores instead of 21...therefore if a person is down by 17 or more they can go for it if
    they are pass the 50 yard line
    - Down 21 or more points in the 3rd quarter you can go for it anywhere on the field.

    - Losing in the 4th quarter by 4 or more you can go for it anywhere.

    - If it is a tie game you never go for it. You always punt the ball or kick the FG.

    4th and 1 or less ( inches) on the Goaline situations ONLY , not 4th and 2 , 3 etc. ... ONLY on 4th and 1 in Goaline situations ONLY

    ++YOU ALSO HAVE .... ...

    " COACHES CHOICE"

    - Basically what this means you will be allowed ONE TIME anywhere ,anytime in the game to go for it on 4th Down.

    ONLY ONE TIME ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE REGULAR 4th DOWN RULES , SO PLEASE CHOOSE WISELY IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS OPTION BECAUSE IT WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED ONCE.

    Trading :

    1. Once agreed on the trade owner#1 of the trade mush post it on MSL

    2. Then owner#2 must contact a Commish/Dean to approve of the trade

    3. Both owners must state Agreed to the post. ( If you are the owner that post the trade you may add Agreed in the same post as the trade).

    4. Than Owner #1or #2 will send Trade thru PS3 .

    5. FINALIZED TRADE : Once you agreed to the trade , that is consider a gentlemen's Agreement( Man's Word). If you Decided to "BACK OUT" of a trade after agreeing to the trade you will be able to back out from that trade but will no longer allowed to trade for the remainder of the season. Understand your trade before you place "Agreed" in the post . DO NOT EVER DELETE A POST OR REPLY FROM THE SITE !

    DISCO RULES: **** If you and your opponent get disconnect in the middle of the game . Please start the game where you left off at . For example 21-17 in the 3rd quater both parties get disco , you will start the game over puting up the point difference in this case it would be four so in the begining of the game one team will score 7 and the other will kick a FG . From there you will start the game , and play till the end of the half. Reason why in the half because in the previous game you already played the 1st half . Whoever is up by the end of the half wins the game . Losing team will volunterly quit the game . ****

    Stating up against CPU:

    Last year we had an issue with teams abusing the CPU and allowing offensive players to get more yards,rec,tds to boost there stats. So basically to keep it easy, You are no longer allowed to get more than 500 in passing yards against the CPU. Any team that abuses this will be suspended. No Questions asked.

    In addition to these core components, we need to deliver compelling ways for our owners to compete with one another fair and respected way. The foundation of our league is to experience as realistic gameplay and ownership of your team as possible and also have a social competition, where we would be haveing several ways to contact your fellow owners. Once you read all of the rules please send me a text (407)922-2034 , stating that you read and agree to the above rules and regulations. This will help us know that you were aware of the rules and will understand that there will be suspension/ or consequences of the BIG BOOT ! I will than send invites to the league when u send me that text!

    Whatever to these rules... Mofos better act like they won before. I put my control down after time can be technically ran out. So expedite your win or you will be asking commish to be putting me on auto... Don't waste your time or my own... I knee, you knee... Keep it simple
